The Governing Board forms the Executive Committee which facilitates the appointing of committee members by the membership.

Executive Committee
Directs operations, programs and initiatives that support the smooth functioning and growth and effectiveness of the network. Represents the network to media and strategic partners, maintains records pertaining to financial, legal, marketing, and other operational matters. Oversees and maintains representation from all other committees.
Nominating Committee
Works with the Membership and Executive Committees among others to identify candidates for participation on the Executive Committee. These nominees are voted on by the Executive Committee
Membership Committee
Manages the application process and maintains all member agreements. Develops and executes membership campaigns and works with the Marketing and Communications Committee to produce marketing material, messaging, and market research, and to gather feedback regarding promotion to member candidates and acquisition of new members.
